Covid-19 Notice

Following the most recent announcements in the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Maddox Legal has taken the following steps to ensure we remain compliant with the government’s guidelines on managing risk:

For Maddox Employees

  • We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure our employees can work from home, including regular training on the use of our remote case management system

  • We have cleaning and handwashing procedures in place, as well as easy access to sanitising stations

  • We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure 2m social distancing at the workplace   

 

For Maddox Clients

Whilst we are complying with government guidelines and ensuring a safe working environment for our employees, we assure our clients that we will continue to deliver work without any compromise to our standards.

Some of the recent changes we have made include:

  • The use of video conference facilities for client meetings and the verification of identity documents

  • Accepting service via email and other electronical means

  • Limiting non-essential business travel and postponing events until further notice
