SIMON CONROY Senior Consultant, Litigation

Simon qualified at a major London law firm in 1989.  He then spent a further 5 years there before becoming a partner and head of litigation at a boutique media practice.

Since qualifying as a solicitor, Simon has specialised in large scale commercial litigation.  He has wide experience of all aspects of contentious company and commercial law including disputes relating to companies, unlimited partnerships, limited liability partnerships and sole traders.  Typical cases include shareholders’ disputes, winding-up petitions, unfair prejudice claims and derivative actions.  Practice areas include media and entertainment (particularly music), intellectual property, fraud, insolvency, contentious probate/trusts and family law.  Many of the disputes Simon handles have an international element.  As such, Simon has particular expertise of acting for off-shore clients.
